BROCCOLI WITH CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and well drained
4 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/2 stick butter
30 Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter

Melt cheese and butter together and pour over broccoli in a 9 x 12 pan. Melt 1/2 stick butter and add 30 Ritz crackers. Spread cracker and butter mixture on top of broccoli. Heat 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
