TUNA TOP ENGLISH MUFFINS | |
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, shredded 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped 1 c. mayonnaise 1 can tuna 2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped 2 tbsp. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. green or black olives, chopped 2 tbsp. sweet relish or sweet pickles, chopped 6 to 8 English muffins Split English muffins in half. Mix tuna, eggs, and vegetables together. Add pickles and mayonnaise. Blend all together. Spread tuna mixture on each muffin half. Place on a cookie sheet. Cover each half with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees until cheese melts. Do not let it brown. |
