BAKED HAM AND EGGS 
5 c. croutons
2 c. cubed ham
1 (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. diced onion
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
10 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper

Put first 5 ingredients in greased 9 x 13 inch glass dish or pan. Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard and pour over top. Let set overnight. Bake about 1 hour at 325 degrees or until set, in glass dish. (350 degrees for metal pan). May use 1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned and drained in place of cubed ham.
