EGG BAKE 
1 pkg. frozen hash browns
1 stick butter
2 c. cheese (cheddar)
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. meat (sausage, hamburger or bacon)

Make the night before. Put hash browns in 9"x13" pan with butter and bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool and add cooked meat. Beat eggs and add milk, salt and cheese. Pour over hash brown mixture. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
