BAKED HAM AND EGGS 
Leftover ham (any amount)
Butter
1 doz. eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Sear ham in small amount of butter. Add milk, flour, salt and pepper to the eggs and mix well, then add this mixture to the ham. Pour into a greased baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Serves 12 but can be divided in half. This is great for breakfast, lunch or Sunday Supper.
