KRT'S DELICIOUS SHRIMP SALAD 
2 lbs. jumbo shrimp
1 whole lemon, cut up
2 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. whole cloves
3 cloves garlic
8-10 peppercorns
1/8 tsp. sage
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. French dressing
Lemon juice

Put unshelled shrimp in pot with water to cover. Add seasonings and garlic, add cut up lemon. Bring all to boil, until shrimp turn pink, 5 minutes. Cool shrimp, peel and cut shrimp up, not too small; set aide. Mix together 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, French dressing and lemon juice. Add shrimp; mix and toss.
