STRAWBERRY GLAZED PIE 
1 graham cracker crumb crust
1 c. water
1/4 c. strawberry gelatin
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. strawberry jelly
1 tbsp. sugar
1 qt. fresh strawberries

Heat water and jelly until boiling, stir to melt jelly, add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Cool on ice or in refrigerator until mixture mounds slightly when dropped by a teaspoon. Beat cream cheese adding sugar an juice, beat until fluffy. Spread over bottom of crust. Arrange whole strawberries over cheese layer, pointed ends up. Spoon thickened glaze over berries. Chill several hours or overnight. Serve with whipped topping.
