EASY VEGGIE CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup finely crushed Ritz crackers
1 cup finely shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped onion

Combine ingredients and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes in a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
