PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, then add rest of ingredients. Mix and knead until smooth until smooth. Let rest 5 minutes. Roll out for 10 inch pizza pans or single recipe fits 9x17 inch cookie sheet. Poke holes with fork in crust or bake at 350 degrees until lightly golden brown; don't over bake so will remain a soft dough.

Double recipe for 2 cookie sheets. For 2 (10 inch) pizza pans, divide dough of single recipe in half.

Top with sausage, hamburger, or Canadian Bacon, or combine to make a combination. Add onion, green pepper, cheese, tomato sauce, mushrooms, Mozzarella cheese, olives (black, optional).
