PIZZA DOUGH 
3 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. or 1 tbsp. yeast

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Let set for about 5 minutes. If you have a food processor or dough hooks, put rest of ingredients into processor or bowl. Pour in yeast mixture, when bubbly. Blend in processor about 1 minute. If doing this by hand, knead dough about 3 to 5 minutes. Put into large bowl with 1 tbsp. oil in bowl. Cool dough with oil and cover with clean dry cloth. Let rise in warm place for 1 hour. Punch down dough and put in pizza pan. Top with favorite sauce and toppings. bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
