EASY PIZZA DOUGH 
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast (1/4 oz.)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water (120 to 130 degrees)
2 tsp. vegetable oil

In medium bowl combine 1 cup of the flour, yeast and salt. Add water and oil. With mixer on low beat until well blended, about 2 minutes. Gradually stir in remaining flour to make a firm dough. On floured surface knead dough 10 to 12 times. Cover, let rise 15 minutes. Divide dough in half. Shape and bake according to pizza recipe. Makes 2 (12 inch) pizza crusts.
