LEMON SNOW BARS 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
Powdered sugar
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. granulated sugar

Stir together 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Cut in butter until mixture clings together. Pat into ungreased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees 10 to 12 minutes. Beat eggs, add granulated sugar and lemon juice. Beat until slightly thick and smooth, 8-10 minutes. Stir together 2 tablespoons flour and baking powder. Add to egg mixture. Blend until all is just moist. Pour over baked layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Sift powdered sugar over top. Cool and cut into bars.
