LEMON SNOW SQUARES 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1/3 c. sugar
1 lemon-rind also

1 can evaporated milk that has been beaten

(For best results, refrigerate evaporated milk for 24 hours). Spread 1 1/4 cups vanilla wafers crumbled in a 10 x 13 inch dish. Cover with mixture. Refrigerate.
