LEMON SNOW BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. butter
2 2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar

FILLING:

5 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking powder
5 tbsp. flour
8 tbsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare crust mixture and pat into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare filling mixture. While crust is still hot, pour filling mixture over top and return to oven for 25 minutes or until set. Sift a small amount of powdered sugar on top of filling layer.
