PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter - we use Saffola
2 eggs
2 c. peanut butter

Add:

1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. white flour (might be 2 3/4 - depends on oiliness of peanut butter)
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix in:

12 oz mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Roll the dough into balls getting chips from edge of bowl into each ball. Place on greased sheet. Press criss-crossed with fork. Bake about 15 minutes.

These are Stephanie's favorite cookies to "help" make at Granny's house, which she's been doing since she was about two. Stephanie calls them "Smoosh Cookies".
