HEAVENLY POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes, boiled with jackets
Chopped green onion
Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream

Peel and grate potatoes. Place potatoes in well buttered 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Add one layer chopped green onion and one layer grated Cheddar cheese. Salt. Repeat layers.

In separate bowl, mix soup (do not dilute) and sour cream. Spread over potato mixture. Sprinkle on grated Cheddar cheese and chopped green onion. Heat at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
