HEAVENLY POTATO BAKE 
6 med. potatoes
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. butter
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Boil, cool, then skin potatoes. Grate. In saucepan, heat chicken soup, butter, and grated cheese until melted. Remove from heat and add sour cream, onion, salt, and pepper. Add sauce to grated potatoes. Pour into large, greased casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
