PARTY POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 stick butter, melted
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. chopped onion

Mix soups, salt, sour cream, onion, garlic powder with potatoes. Pour into a greased baking pan 9 x 13. Sprinkle cheese on top of potatoes. Melt butter and mix with crushed corn flakes. Then sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
