DATE ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
1 c. chopped dates
2/3 c. honey
1 tbsp. vanilla
Pinch salt
2 c. whipping cream
2 qt. milk

In large bowl beat eggs until fluffy. Add the chopped dates and beat until dates are separated into small pieces. Add honey, vanilla, salt and 2 cups whipping cream. Mix well. Add the milk gradually, stirring until well blended. Freeze in 5 quart ice cream freezer. Makes 1 gallon.
