EASY ICE CREAM 
1/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. gelatin
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. honey
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. nuts, fruit, or crushed cookies

Put warm water in a bowl, add gelatin and blend it in well. Add 1 cup of milk and the honey and mix. Add vanilla, the rest of the milk, the evaporated milk and mix. Put bowl and contents in freezer for 2 hours or until very hard. Remove from freezer and beat mixture with a whisk to make it soft and frothy. Mix in the nuts, fruit or cookies. Put it back into the freezer and leave it for another 2 hours or until hard. Enjoy!
