BASIC ICE CREAM 
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. honey
2 c. sugar
2 c. scalded milk

Cook until thick, stirring constantly (or in double boiler). Add 6 eggs, beaten, cook 1 minute longer. Cool. Put custard and 3 teaspoons vanilla and 4 cups heavy cream in freezer. May add fruits and 1/4 teaspoon almond extract.
