PAT'S HOT CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 whole chicken breasts, deboned & skinned
2 c. celery
1 med. onion
Bread crumbs
3/4 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Cube chicken, dice onion and celery and fry in the butter until brown. Add cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until brown (about 15 to 20 minutes).
