SZECHWAN PORK ON LINGUINE 
3/4 box linguine noodles
3/4 lb. ground pork
1 can bamboo shoots
1 can mushrooms
1 bunch scallions
1 sm. jar pimento
1 pkg. Szechwan seasoning - Dynasty brand
2 (10 oz.) cans chicken broth
1 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Cornstarch
Water

Mix Szechwan seasoning package with 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1/4 cup water. Set aside. Make a cornstarch thickener with water and set aside. Heat oil in stir fry pan on high. Brown pork and onion. Then add mushrooms, bamboo shoots, pimento. Stir fry about 3 minutes. Add 1 can chicken broth and heat through 1- 2 minutes, then add other can broth plus thickener to form a gravy-like sauce.

Serve over cooked, buttered, linguine noodles.
