BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. cooked rice
1 can Durkee onion rings
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook broccoli, drain. Mix with cooked rice, add soup and Cheez Whiz and stir until blended. Mix in 1/2 can onion rings. Pour in 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining onion rings on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Yield: 6-8 servings.
