BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz sauce
1/4 stick butter
4 tbsp. chopped onion (sauteed in butter) OR
2 tbsp. dehydrated onions
1 1/2 c. cooked rice

Put cooked and drained broccoli in a casserole dish. Place all other ingredients in a saucepan and heat it. Then pour over the broccoli. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
