ERIC'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen, chopped broccoli
1 can Golden cream of mushroom soup
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes

Thaw and separate broccoli in hot water. Drain well. Mix all other ingredients together. Add broccoli. Bake in greased dish at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
