BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (or 2 or 3 c. fresh broccoli)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (10 3/4 oz.) golden mushroom soup (Rokeach)
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. onion, grated and sauteed in butter, if desired
Dashes of salt, pepper, and garlic
Buttered bread crumbs

Place broccoli in a saucepan with about 1 inch water. Cover and cook until almost tender (about 5 minutes). Drain well. Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake at 375 degrees or until bread crumbs are golden brown.

Serves 8.
