BROCCOLI SOUP 
3 c. or more milk
1 c. or more cooked broccoli
1 c. or more cooked potatoes
2 tbsp. chopped onion sauteed in 3 tbsp. butter
Salt, pepper, celery salt and Nature's Seasonings
1/2 to 1 c. Cheddar cheese (optional)

Blend milk, broccoli and potatoes until smooth. Cook over low heat with the onion and butter just until it gets good and hot. Add the cheese, if you like.
