BROCCOLI SOUP 
3-6 pieces cooked chicken, boned & cut in pieces (use broth from boiling chicken for soup)
1 stalk broccoli, chopped fine
3 or 4 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
Red pepper flakes to taste
1 onion, chopped & sauteed in butter
Garlic to taste
2 or 3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 can mushrooms, juice & all
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
1/2 - 1 c. sour cream
3 slices Velveeta cheese
1 c. milk
Water as needed
Water & flour to thicken

Cook soup 15 to 20 minutes. Add sour cream and milk and thicken. Melt cheese into thickened soup.
