Your roasted potatos were wonderful. My whole family loves them. We are on weight watchers and you can have 1 cup for only 2 points. Again they were wonderful.

I have made similiar dishes to this and always come out great! Another way I have done this with Lipton Recipe Secrets. You take a envelope of that with some oil, mix together then bake. Really good.

My husband LOVES this recipe! It is so easy and delicious. It tastes better with fresh minced garlic rather than powder - if you have it.

These were delicious, came out perfect and I doubled the recipe to yield more servings. Fantastic, and yet very simple, short prep time. We considered par boiling the potatoes but chose not to as it did not state to in the recipe. Delicious!! Thanks!!!

I made these tonight and did crank up the heat at the end to 425°F because they weren't done yet. The hubby loved them and so did I. I think I will cut them smaller next time and experiment with other flavors, maybe even some grated Romano or Parmesan cheese at the very end....lots of options!

To Kat Sadik

Tried your roasted potatoes with rosemary yesterday, May 21st, 2011, and loved them. So easy to make but so full of flavor, thanks so much for this recipe. I am going to give this to my three daughters to try.
