Super easy and absolutely delicious!!! Loved them so much that I am making them with a turkey breast again for company this weekend. I have celiacs and people with dairy allergies in my family, and this recipe has neither wheat or dairy :) thanks for the recipe!

We love this recipe. For Thanksgiving we are gonna have these instead of the traditional mashed potatoes. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I found that if you don't have any rosemary available, savory spice works just as well.

Haven't tried this yet, but I make something similar. I love putting onion wedges in with mine, and uncovering the dish about fifteen minutes before it's done to give it some extra crispiness. So delicious!

I was looking for a recipe for potato wedges that called for olive oil and rosemary. This recipe filled the house with a wonderful aroma, and tasted better than that. This recipe is a keeper!

I though this was a very yummy lots of flavor. Perfect for a side dish, I cut the potatoes in small portion that way they would cook faster and have that golden brown look. I would recommend this to a friend and definitely make it again for my family.

Excellent! We loved the potatoes. I mixed all the indredients together in a gallon ziplock bag which made it really easy to make sure all of the potatoes were coated evenly.
