This is a fantastic recipe. It's hard finding recipes for potatoes that my kids will eat and they love these potatoes. Thanks a lot.

Very tasty but no where near done in 30-35 minutes. Took an hour. Maybe if they were boiled if a little first, the time would be closer.

I put them in aluminum foil and wrapped them up and put them on the grill for about an hour along with BBQ chicken, great way to keep from warming the house up during the summer!!!

Kat: I gave recipe a five star as I read the post before engaging in preparation. Trying to cut my time shorter I tried 425°F and found out that temp was way tooo high. Fresh garlic, Grated Parmesan added the finishing touch. Well done ...

This is a very good, basic recipe. My oven needed to be at 400°F so I ended up cooking the potatoes for about an hour total due to changing the temp. I'll know for next time just to start with it at 400°F. I also used a McCormick garlic and rosemary seasoning along with salt and pepper. It doesn't have as much flavor as I'd like but I'm looking forward to playing with it in the future. Over all this batch is pretty good. Thank you Kat for posting this it's exactly what I was searching for.

I think you use exclamatory sentences in an excessive manner! You can use a period, its OK! By the way your recipe is great! We loved the potatoes! Had them with some fish and wax beans! Very good!

Great recipe, I use this for Friday Night Date Nights with my children to teach them about Super Foods for Anti Cancer eating. I use purple, yukon, sweet potatoes, butter nut squash,or yams. The point is to help them make healthier choices away from high carbs and to combat the accumulated effects of environmental pollutants. Whole parsnips, turnips, beets, brussel sprouts, onions, garlic and drizzle with lots of olive oil, basil, and rosemary.
