ITALIAN SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella
1 pkg. shredded Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
1 c. milk

Remove casing from sausage and break up the meat. Put it into a frying pan and add onions, pepper, and mushrooms. Mix in the seasoning. Fry until the meat is browned, then drain. Put into bowl; add Mozzarella and mix. Set aside.

Lightly grease a 9x13x2 inch pan and spread the crescent roll dough in the pan. Pour the sausage mixture over the crust. Beat the eggs and milk and pour over the sausage mixture. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden. Cut into squares and serve.
