CABBAGE AND SAUSAGE 
1 sm. head cabbage, shredded
1/2 lb. Italian sausage links, cooked
1 1/2 tbsp. oil
Caraway seed

Heat oil in 10 inch skillet that has tight fitting lid. Rinse shredded cabbage in colander. When oil is hot put rinsed cabbage in pan and cover immediately. Reduce heat to medium low. Cook for about 10 minutes. Slice sausage very thin. When cabbage is barely wilted add sausage and sprinkle with caraway seed. Cover and cook for a few minutes more. DO NOT OVER COOK!
