APPLENANA BREAD 
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 c. finely chopped apples
2 eggs, room temperature
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream shortening; sugar and vanilla. Add eggs; beat well. Add all dry ingredients; mix well. Fold in apples and bananas.

Pour into greased floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees, for 1 hour or until it tests done.
