CHEESE FONDUE 
5 slices bread, cubed 2 inches or larger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. red pepper
3 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 c. aged cheddar cheese

Butter bread slices, cut into cubes. Place half of cubes in bottom of buttered casserole. Add grated cheese and the seasonings. Add the remaining bread cubes. Beat eggs and milk and pour over bread. Place a few sticks of cheese over the top. Let stand for at least 2 hours, overnight is better. Bake until knife tests clean, 350 degrees.
