PEPPER STEAK 
1 flank steak
1 can sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp. soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Sugar
Flour to thicken
2 green peppers

Cut flank steak diagonally into 1 inch strips. Brown in oil. Salt and pepper the meat. Add 1 can sliced mushrooms, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, some sugar, and water to cover the meat. Simmer until the meat is tender. Cut the green peppers in strips and add to the meat. Cook 10 minutes more. Add some flour to thicken and serve with baked potatoes or rice.
