PEPPER STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak
1/4 c. flour
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
1 3/4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. gravy master
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 lg. green peppers, sliced

Cut steak in strips, roll in flour and brown in oil. Add onion, garlic. Add tomatoes, water, gravy master, Worcestershire sauce and peppers. Cook 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Serve with rice.
