I tried baking these with gluten-free flour and they turned out to be very tasty, although the batter was a bit thin, causing all the chips to settle to the bottom of the pan. They held together well despite this. I would bake them again.

Currently running out the store to make some. My mom and my little sister have been BEGGING me to make them. Super easy and they're so, so, so good! Not a single person that has tried them dislikes them. Really easy recipe to bring to a friends house or small party. If you want to be a little more fancy, drizzle some melted dark chocolate on top once it is cooled. Then cut.

If you don't want the dark chocolate to sink, cover them lightly in flour. This works for any recipe.

Substitute chocolate chips for cinnamon chips. Flavor is greatly enhanced. Cinnamon chips are typically found around valentines day or online. Happy eating.

Was recommended by a co-worker, I made it and found it to be a little too much like a cake. I am not sure if it was the recipe or how it was supposed to turn out. Not sure I will make it again.
