ITALIAN GREEN BEAN SALAD | |
1 can cut green beans (Del Monte) 1 clove minced garlic 4 tbsp. olive oil 4 tbsp. red wine vinegar (Cento brand) 1 sm. white onion, finely chopped 1/4 tsp. sugar Salt and pepper (to taste) Combine green beans, garlic and onions in a large bowl. Mix olive oil, red wine vinegar and sugar in separate bowl. Pour on top and toss. Refrigerate 1/2 hour and add salt and pepper to taste. |
