LEMON CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1/3 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar

Stir cream cheese until soft. Blend in 1/2 cup milk. Then add 1 1/2 cups milk and pudding mix. Beat slowly 1 minute and pour in cool graham cracker crust and chill.

CRUST:

Mix melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar and press in 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
