PEACHES 'N CREAM CHEESECAKE 
3/4 c. all purpose flour
1 sm. pkg. (3 1/4 oz.) regular vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg beaten
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1 can (21 oz.) sliced peaches
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar

Combine flour, pudding mix, baking powder, salt, egg, milk, butter in large mixing bowl. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 10 inch deep pie plate. Drain peaches (reserve the liquid). Arrange peaches decoratively atop the batter. Combine cheese, sugar and 3 tablespoon reserved peach juice in medium bowl beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth.

Carefully spread atop peaches within inch of the edge of pie plate. Stir 1 tablespoon sugar, with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until bottom and sides are golden brown. Good served either warm or cold. 8 to 10 servings.
