LEMON CHEESECAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix without pudding
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 egg, beaten
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Beat well. Press into lightly greased cookie sheet. Beat cream cheese, eggs and powdered sugar together until smooth. Add lemon juice and vanilla flavoring. Pour this mixture over first mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
