CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1 Devils food cake mix (not pudding type)
1 tbsp. cooking oil
4 eggs, divided
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 to 2 1/2 c. Cool Whip
Shaved chocolate

Place all but one cup dry cake mix in a large bowl. Add 1 egg and oil, mix until crumbly. Pressing into bottom of 13x9x2 pan to form crust.

Use same bowl, blend cheese and sugar. Add remaining 3 eggs and cake mix; beat 1 minute at medium speed. At low speed, add vanilla, mix until smooth. Pour on top of crust. Bake in preheated oven at 330 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Center will be firm. Cool completely and top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate. Can be split by baking in 2 (9 inch) pans 50 minutes.
