CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. plain flour
3/4 c. nuts (pecans)

Melt butter; add flour and nuts. Mix with fork in medium bowl. Divide in half and press in 2 pie pans. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING;
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Cool Whip

Mix and spread on cooled crusts.

TOPPING:

2 sm. chocolate instant puddings
3/4 c. milk

Mix and spread half over each pie filling. Chill.
