4 (1 lb.) pkg. saladette macaroni
1 good-sized celery stalk
4 green peppers
1 lg. or 3 sm. bottles pimento
5 dry onion, med. size
1 pt. jar sweet pickle relish
15 1/2 lb. stewing hens
1 1/2 qt. salad dressing

Cook macaroni until tender. Cut up celery, peppers and onions. Add pimento and sweet pickle relish. Cook chicken until completely done. Dice when cool, add to other ingredients. Toss with dressing. Will serve 100.
