CHICKEN AND MACARONI SALAD 
1 whole cooked chicken
4 c. cooked macaroni
1/2 c. thin sliced radishes
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
6 baby sweet pickles, thin sliced
1/2 c. sliced black olives
4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
1 tsp. yellow mustard
Garlic salt, to taste
White pepper, to taste
1 lg. tomato, cut in wedges

Remove skin and bones from chicken. Dice chicken. IN a large bowl combine all ingredients except tomato wedges. Mix very well. Season to taste. Put in serving bowl and decorate top with tomato wedges.
