BACON CHEESE CHICKEN MELT
This is a super easy all-in-one-pan recipe!

1 lb. bacon
4 to 6 chicken breasts (I use split breasts)
1 bottle BBQ sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray's)
1/2 lb. mild cheddar cheese

In a glass dish pour enough barbecue sauce to cover the bottom of the dish. This makes it not stick. Add the chicken breasts and cover with more barbecue sauce. Layer uncooked bacon slices on top, then cheese.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour 20 minutes.

Note: I like to make really sure this is cooked all the way through. Everything cooks together and the cheese mixes with the sauce.

Serve with french fries and a green salad. This is my families favorite meal!

Serves 4 to 6.
