SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. raisins, coarsely chopped
1 (9") unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs until light, beat in sugar, nutmeg, salt and lemon juice until well blended. Fold in sour cream and raisins. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 20 minutes longer or until set.
