SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
3 pkgs. vanilla pudding and pie filling
Raisins and sour cream

Combine pie filling; mix 3/4 cup water, 1/4 cup sugar, 3 teaspoons lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon salt; mix well. Bring 1 cup seedless raisins and 1/2 cup water to a boil in saucepan. Stir in pie filling mixture. Continue to cook until mixture comes to a full boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cool 5 minutes. Stir in 1 cup sour cream. Pour into baked pie crust. Sprinkle with nutmeg and chill until firm, at least 3 hours.
